I actually have two varieties of the Carr Custom-Fit Side Steps to recommend for your 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500.
The first are the Hoop II variety. They have a 5" drop and a stepping area of 7" long x 3-1/2" wide. If you prefer a polished aluminum look, then you can use part # CARR105772. Out of the Timbren # TMBFSP35 and the SumoSprings # SSF-106-47 suspension enhancement systems I recommend the SumoSprings.
Although they are very similar the SumoSprings provide more of a cushion and aren't as harsh or stiff as the Timbrens. This gives you a much more comfortable ride. Both options have a 1,000 lb weight capacity but please note that they will not raise the weight capacity of your 2016 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500.
